I wasn't aware of the .bin file before I downloaded a game from the internet. The game was given as .bin file and a .cue file in the folder. I thought this is another false download. Later I searched the Google how to open a .bin file it shows me some results.

To open a bin file supplied with .cue file you have to download a CD or DVD burner program. If you have one of those like Nero burner then its okay. Actually the bin files are a binary copy of the full CD or DVD. It is the exact raw data of the CD/DVD.

So all you have to do is- burn the cue file in the CD /DVD or in your hard disk through the CD/DVD burner program. You will  get the full data then. You can then install it or use it. Remember that you have to burn the .cue file only. So, do not select the .bin file. It will be extracted automatically.
