My profile is 100% complete but there is appearing a message again and again.It says the marketplace doesn't have opportunities for my area of epertise. So I can't walk forward to place bid. I'm giving you the screen Shot and the link of my new profile. Hope you'll provide me a suggetion.

It is true that your profile need some adjustment, but you should be able to apply for job.
There is a UpWork Readiness test, have you done that?
Have you tried to contact the live support about this issue?
It has been quite long time oDesk became UpWork. Now they have started filtering profiles from Bangladesh. It seems they are not accepting any more profiles in some category from Bangladesh.
